Our Human Resources Policy aims to continuously support the development of those working at Iltekno, with an understanding of entrepreneurial, dynamic and constantly learning culture, which can understand the needs and opportunities in the face of global changes and developments that are accelerating in today’s world, and to help them reveal their potential and create added value.

Regardless of age, gender, nationality, ethnic status, religion, political approach and physical discrimination, every person working at Iltekno within our staff is supported in various ways to express their ideas, suggestions and criticisms that will improve the structure and contribute to development and solutions thereof.

In addition to occupational health and safety training and practices, each person working at Iltekno is encouraged to be and remain healthy physically and mentally as a whole and value. They can attend yoga and pilates classes, which are programmed for this purpose, and can be included in health information trainings.
