I have been working as an OHS manager at ILTEKNO since May 2019. İLTEKNO has always succeeded in making its employees feel valuable and special. At ILTEKNO, the training needs of the employees are met at the highest level. Trainings continued even during the pandemic period and special trainings on occupational safety were organized for employees using competent institutions. I am excited to be working in a dynamic company that is constantly developing and growing each passing day and contributing to this process.
It is an invaluable feeling to conclude many successful projects both at home and abroad and to be the forefront of this success as required by my position at Iltekno. For me, Iltekno means new people, valuable knowledge, different cultures and exciting experiences. In addition to that, Iltekno is the most obvious example in terms of the phrase ‘The best experience is gained on the field’. It is a great pleasure to work in an environment where we are offered the opportunity to gain knowledge in every field we work in, and where every opportunity is provided to develop ourselves in various ways.
Iltekno means family for me, but a real family.
When I first started this company in 2008, I saw and learned a company = family composition here. Here I learned what the boss and manager mean, who stand by their employees in every situation and support them. They always made you feel more like a member of the family than an employee. We have become employees owned by the company that owns its company. Many crises have been overcome over the years, but always and under all circumstances, with the support of our bosses, and then with the rational organization and management of our managers, we have overcome difficulties in difficult projects together, and we have made the impossible happen. That’s why there is no impossible job in the dictionary of Ilteknos, only a job that takes a little more time than easy 😊.
This place is definitely like a training center for all employees. The projects we have done are examples of this, each project has given us the first experiences in its own way. In this way, we learned a lot and taught a lot.
In fact, there are so many features to tell and convey, but if we put it in one word, Iltekno is a special brand, and being an iltekno member is a privilege.
I can proudly express many things the company has contributed to me since the first day I joined the Iltekno family.
As someone who thinks that the secret to success is motivation and belief, Iltekno always showed me these two fine lines. The Iltekno family, which always keeps me well-educated in my field, which I started from scratch, ensures that I connect more and more to my work each day and carry out my job successfully.
